Covid 19 & Impact on Deliveries
We are destined to give you the best possible delivery services, however due to our current pandemic, we would like to add that there may be some delays in delivery. Please bear with us during this difficult time.

How long will my order be delivered to me in?
You can expect your order to be delivered within 4-7 working days after your order has been placed.
Can I track my order?
Once your order has been dispatched, you will receive an email with the details of the tracking number.
You can track the status of your package 24 hours after your order is dispatched from our warehouse or you can email us at info@sparklebox.com and we’ll do it for you. You can expect a response from us within a day with your updated shipping status.
How much am I paying for shipping?
Shipping is free and the price you see on the website is the price you pay (inclusive of taxes and shipping).
What do you do if we are not available at our residence?
We make 3 attempts at your shipping address. Post 3 attempts we have to return the kit to its original location.
Do we provide COD facility on Website?
Yes, we do provide COD facility for all our products on Website.
Once I place the order, how long it will take to dispatch it?
Our dispatch TAT/Handling time is 2-3 days for all our respective products. We keep on updating our website, in case if there is any change in any particular product.
Once I place the Order, can I return/replace it?
At present, we are working on this process to make it simpler for the customers. However its not as seamless as we want our customers to experience. We are working on it to give best user experience to our customers.
How do you return or refund the orders?
We want our customers to be the happiest with our products and services. You may please refer to our refund policy to get better clarity on it.
How you decide on processing the order?
We have a standard policy of processing our orders, in case if we get an order beyond certain business hours, we do the processing on the same day, however it gets dispatched the next day.
Exceptional Pin Codes.
Though we cater to almost 27000 pin codes, however in case certain pincodes are beyond these codes, we have to return/refund that customer.
What are your shipping timings?
Our Standard shipping timings are as follows :
- Within City and State : 2-3 days
- Within Metro : 4-5 days
- Outside these metros : 4-7 days.
